    1. Q Is the straw used for iced and hot drinks?
      A The straw is made of Boron-silicate glass and so it is applicable for warm, iced and hot drinks. The maximum applicable temperature is 300 ℃.

    2. Q Is it easily broken?
      A It will be broken when facing high impact of crash. The straw is made of Boron-silicate glass of which the molecular structure is more compact than ordinary glass. So it is more durable and stiff enough for general usage. 

    3. Q How to clean the straws?
      A The surface of the glass is smooth and with compact structure. Therefore, it is easy to clean using a brush and water.
